What I do for Prism

I am working under the Well Initiative, doing analyses on the health workforce production (pre-service training) to better understand linkage between institutional capacity to produce (under the Ministry of Education) and health sector capacity to absorb (under the Ministry of Health). The goal is to generate evidence to strengthen health workforce planning and resource optimization.
