What I do for Prism
A member of the Well, and sitting at the KHHRAC on secondment, I am supporting evaluation of the National Health Workforce Accounts Implementation process in the Country. I remain focused on contributing to a more effective process in the future, possibly strengthened by AI tools for better real-time health workforce information, that will inform key policy decisions.
When data speaks, progress follows. I endeavor to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by leveraging data to enhance evidence-based planning, coordination, and policy implementation.
