What I do for Prism
I am working under the Well Initiative, doing analyses to understand how health workforce mobility works within decentralized systems. Specifically, how staff move from one level of government to another, or across decentralized units. To map existing policy, regulatory and institutional frameworks governing
health workforce mobility.
This will help guide policy in Kenya and countries facing similar challenges.
Passionate about building stronger, evidence-driven health systems through research on human resources for health.
