What I do for Prism
I’m responsible for the data science and analytics docket within Prism, supporting activities across all three Hubs.
My current work includes guiding a team of researchers working on various aspects of health workforce data (including National Health Workforce Accounts and WISN), production as well as supporting analyses of health innovation and entrepreneurship models and activities in Africa.
As Africa reimagines its health systems, data must power transformation. Strengthening human resources for health and fostering health entrepreneurship are central to building resilient, self-sustaining ecosystems where evidence guides policy, innovation fuels opportunity, and collaboration across public and private sectors drives equitable, locally led health and development outcomes.
