What I do for Prism
Under Well intiative, I am examining implication of donor transition on the healthworkforce and service delivery. I aim to generate critical evidence by mapping donors and understanding the role of donors in supporting hrh and service delivery.The research will also analyze the direct consequences on hrh welfare,workload and continuity of health services.This will ensure development of mitigation strategies and policy to guide donor transition.
Turning research into action. Research is more than data. It is the promise to make a real difference in Africa.It is a responsibility to build health in Africa and shape a future for every community.
