What I do for Prism
I am working under the Well Initiative, doing analyses to understand how internship across healthcare cadres can be standardized, improved, and optimized to serve national health goals. Specifically, looking at how internship policy and execution can align to the primary healthcare goals of Kenya and other countries. This will help guide policy in Kenya and countries facing similar challenges.
