While governments have traditionally viewed healthcare as their mandate, the private sector remains the primary provider in most communities.
The PRISM Centre was founded to address a critical gap in understanding how the public and private sectors can effectively collaborate to deliver better health outcomes across Africa. While governments have traditionally viewed healthcare as their mandate, the private sector remains the primary provider in most communities.
PRISM bridges this divide by consolidating ongoing research, capacity building, and implementation projects across the Strathmore Business School ecosystem. Our goal is to create a platform that generates policy-relevant evidence and nurtures the next generation of African health systems leaders and researchers.
